As i immediately realized this, i went back to the app to cancel subscription but there was no way cancel. Can you please refund me. I wrote to them asking for a refund and they don’t even message you back. I’ve sent several emails and they’ve ignored ALL of them. DO NOT try the introductory 1 month or 3 months they offer because they’ll charge you almost $100 for an additional 3 months, even if you cancel. Then they ignore your requests for a refund. It’s absolutely BRUTAL and illegal. I’ve contacted a lawyer. Then I looked at my bank account and realized they were charging me another $34 and another $10 for something I never ordered plus the $9.99!They said I ordered the prime package and an e-book, which I did not do, and when I complained about it they would not return my money. I signed up but it gave me outdoor walks for my workouts. Second: non English songs, so mid workout I’m checking language settings, yes, it says English songs why are my songs not in English? Paid $30 and I hate this app. Your description should match the plan. It even asked during the questionnaire if I wanted indoor or outdoor exercise, why ask if you’re just going to give everyone the same plan? I didn’t really care for the layout so I was going to delete it. The next thing I know I’m subscribed. I didn’t get a chance to confirm or delete. So they charged me for a year. I asked for a refund and explained the situation but they only offered a different version. I again asked for a refund and they blew me off.
