### 5/5 — Walk-up songs done right!

*2026-09-09*

Finally, walk-up songs without the laptop

Our rec league team used to run walk-up music off somebody's laptop with a guy hunched over it trying to find the right spot in the song. Walkups fixed that. Every player picks their own track and sets the exact start point — no more waiting through 20 seconds of intro before the drop hits. Drag the batting order around before the game, hit play, done.

The Game Time screen is the best part: current batter, who's on deck, one big play button, and it shows up on the Lock Screen so you're not unlocking your phone every at-bat. Field music switching automatically between half-innings is a nice touch nobody asked for but everyone noticed.

Needs an Apple Music subscription, which is fair since it plays through your own account. Setup took about ten minutes for a 14-person roster.

Five stars from our dugout.
