Fraudulent company taking payments without authorisation! Never use or download this app! ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Billing - Surely a SCAM! *2026-01-13* Be very careful with this app. It showed the plan price as $18 (~₹1800), but then charged me twice — once for ₹1880 and then again for ₹11,279 without any approval or confirmation. I never agreed to the second charge, and this kind of hidden billing is not okay. Customer support has been unresponsive regarding refunds, and this whole experience has been frustrating. No fitness app should operate like this. Has been more than 12 days of follow up but they haven’t completed their 24-48 hours of response time. I’m a corporate and commercial lawyer by trade and their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever seen, taking fraudulent payments from your account despite having evidence from a colleague that the subscription was cancelled and who confirmed “no further payments would be taken”, they still continue to take payments. Having emailed on multiple occasions without any response or a generic “sorry these are in our terms and conditions”, having picked up with them that their terms and conditions do not contain what they’re stipulating, they start a new email thread and confirm something new and blatantly ignore anything I’ve said previous, so I have to say it again. Stuck in a constant loop of doing the same. I complained to my bank who got the money back from them but I fear this will continue in a timeless loop until they go into administration. Will be reporting them to the Estonian authorities and to Apple. The absolute worst company. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a refund AND got charged in December 2025 for a renewal! The company will not respond to any emails so if you want to keep your money, make sure you turn off the auto renew in the app! Horrible business. Just unbelievable. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it!! I did three months and did not find myself using this app. When I reached out, they told me that if I cancel before 12 months that they will charge me the difference in the promotional price that I received for the time that I used the app. So, I never used it and then they came back and charged me more. They don’t send any notifications of renewal and you cannot find info within the app to know dates or to cancel. Finally get them to cancel without any refund for them to 10 months later charge me another $19.99 cancellation fee for them to recoup fees lost. Their support email has an auto-reply that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours but they never respond. Norton blocks their website as an “e-shop scam”. When I Googled their return policy link, the link clicked through to a dead or non-existent page. I am still waiting to get my dispute resolved with PayPal. Do not purchase!! ### 1/5 — SPAM - DON’T DOWNLOAD *2026-01-03, version 1.18.14* UPDATE: after 6 months of receiving an email confirming they won’t take anymore money, I’ve been charged another £29.99 and I don’t even have an account anymore so they’ve stored my details! They have just taken £94 from my account and I don’t have a subscription. I paid for a one off 12 week programme, which was £30, and then with no notification or explanation they have taken £94 from my account 12 weeks later. Once they've got you signed up for the Wall Pilates program they will start taking other money out of your account without your approval. They took £119 and £38 from Me and claimed I had purchased products that I didn't and never received. A one star is far to generous of a rating.They take your money and they will not give it back They took $160 from my account. After lots of back and forth and rude responses back, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot. They were in touch with me almost immediately. Saying they would give me my $ back if I deleted my review. Money was refunded within hours. I suggest going this route for anyone that has been a victim of this company. Dont give up and demand back what is yours Im so confused as to why this company has anything more than a one star and is still in business EDIT!!!! One year after I thought I would never have to deal with this company they strike again!!!! I just had a charge for $19.99 on my credit card. There were so many pop ups after my purchase, I ACCIDENTALLY ended up purchasing a super expensive meditation plan. Now since I canceled before the 4 weeks were up, to avoid any additional charges ( THEY WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS). I am being charged again for the original purchase but now at full price. These people stick to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, which are ridiculous. Customer service is awful. When I tried to cancel it they told me they were unable to issue a refund since the subscription was not cancelled at least 24 hours as outlined in their terms and conditions (which were not available when I signed up). They said they canceled my subscription to prevent any further charges and I would have access through August 15th. On December 20th I saw a charge on my credit card for $19.99. I emailed them. Their reply to me was the charge was a cancellation fee. They already told me there would be no more charges when they cancelled my subscription. I had dispute it with my credit card. They have taken money from my account periodically for the last 18 months without consent. There is no pattern to the payments, these are not subscriptions renewing and I did not consent to them. Canceled before the 30 days was up via email. Received a response stating they were sorry to see me cancel, but it was confirmed and I was told there wouldn’t be any additional charges. On January 13, 2026, I was charged another $19.99 through PayPal, stating this was to satisfy the difference between the promotion price and the regular price. Of course I contacted Wall Pilates only to be told this is written in the “terms & conditions. WRONG. I disputed this through PayPal and ultimately got my money back. Norton will block the website as a fake e-store if you don’t believe me. ### 1/5 — Scam artists - do not use *2026-01-29, version 1.18.15* I signed up for this after seeing an Instagram ad. I had signed up for a discounted trial and then after using it, decided it wasn’t an app for me so I cancelled my subscription. At that point, I would have given them a four star…the app was fine and I had no problems with the company, it just wasn’t an app I wanted to use. Almost a year later, I had another payment run through PayPal. I couldn’t even log in to the website to look at my account, when I tried to log in, it would only let me see a screen making me pay more money. Long story short, after a long email exchange with them I was told this is what they call the “cancellation fee” and it’s in the terms and conditions so they will not refund my money. Basically, you subscribe at a discounted rate and if you cancel, they then charge you what you *should* have paid for the membership. In other words, they give you a discount to entice you and suck you in, but then when you leave, they charge you for the full amount. I never leave reviews really, unless there is a good reason to and this is a good one. Avoid this app - they are scam artists and will take far more money from you than you realize. It’s not just a discounted fee to scope it out…they’ll charge you the full rate if you determine it’s not for you and don’t want to continue. Avoid. Avoid. I tried most of the wall pilates apps and they all cost an arm and a leg and most have 3d models that are hard to see. This app is the cheapest to use and also uses real human models and English voiceovers to display the exercises. User experience/interface is awful *2024-01-29* The workouts are quick enough that I can fit it into my schedule, but the user interface is awful. When clicking on an exercise, there is little to no setup time to know if your next exercise is laying on the floor or standing. It goes right into the exercise. Then, there’s a delay in acknowledging I’ve completed a day so I’m locked out of the next day’s session. To follow the sessions, I would plan on pausing the exercises once the video begins. I’m disappointed that we’re in 2024, and there are still user experience/interface issues. Also, I tried to log into the app using my iPad, but I wasn’t able to find the login button to use my existing account.
