I downloaded what was supposed to be a free lifetime membership from AppAdvice but after I onboarded for the free offer then I was charged $9.99.  I don’t have an option to get a refund on this charge.

I downloaded this app to do palates and I couldn’t do anything because I had to pay only on exercise! This was not fair at all there should be a free option and a pay option!

The course is created by a professional Pilates coach and making them, structuring the course and making sure that everything works is expensive. You can however play a few videos in each category for free before you subscribe. Subscribing just helps us keep the curriculum updated, shoot better videos, and improve the app and make sure that people reach their goals in an effective way. We'll for sure offer discounted plans in the future.
