## What is Wall Stare?

Wall Stare is a timer for doing nothing.

Put the phone down, stare at a wall and remove all input. There is no technique to learn, no audio to follow, just you and the wall. The wall does not need you to do it well.

---

RESET YOUR MIND
Choose your duration, set a reminder, start the timer and stare a hole into your wall. Put the phone down, a sound will bring you back when it is over. With Extras, you can block other apps for the session.
