Wish I had it when I had my studios. ### 5/5 — Pilates *2026-04-29, version 1.78.1* I just started back to Pilates and I am enjoying Tina’s classes so much! She has been so helpful before and after class.. ### 3/5 — Needs better sign-up flow *2026-04-10* Walla works fine but it is maddening that you have to sign up for each session individually rather than being able to, say, sign up for all Tuesday 9am classes for the duration of your pass. Having to click into the calendar, click the class link, click reserve and then deal with the animation BS for every class is super irritating. I sign up for my classes for the month as I’m on an unlimited pass and this is the simplest way. The Walla app makes this tedious and annoying. ### 3/5 — UI needs work! *2026-04-05* Dark mode seriously needed. With the UI and color schema chosen it makes it incredibly hard to see what spot you’re on in the waitlist. I’ve heard this same complaint from almost every person in my yoga studio. The easy fix would be dark mode. ### 2/5 — Room for improvement *2026-03-19* My former yoga studio switch from mindbody. I accidentally signed up for a membership with the wrong credit card and they couldn’t figure out how to switch my payment method, so I just left it. Then when I went to cancel my membership it had to be “approved” by the studio even though I wasn’t contractually obligated. ### 5/5 — Beautiful and easy to use *2025-06-12* I love how easy the app is to use and how I can see all of the studio announcements on the home page. Such a refreshing experience compared to the old app my studio had! ### 4/5 — Pretty good! *2025-01-18* I prefer Walla’s app to their website, but I think the app is lacking a key feature for annual memberships: the Next Refresh date that can be found via the Your Credits & Plans tab on their website. This information is super important for me to make sure I know when my month ends and it’s a hassle to log into their website itself. Please bring this data to the app! ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2024-11-20* No one to talk to regarding the studios on the app. It keeps studios locked into the app that you np longer visit nor want to see in the app. Theres no deleting them. There’s no contacting anyone about this. I emailed into the app and never got a response. How annoying it is to go and book for a studio you actually go to and the old studio keeps popping up and you have to see their schedule. FIX THIS and email people back. What is your problem?? This time the number of open spots has magically disappeared. Only app I know that takes good functionality away rather than adding it. ### 2/5 — It’s fine, no value add *2024-08-17, version 1.52.1* There’s no way to remove studios you’ve been to once and won’t go to again. The app also doesn’t open to the studio that you’ve favorited.
