### 3/5 — Needs better sign-up flow

Walla works fine but it is maddening that you have to sign up for each session individually rather than being able to, say, sign up for all Tuesday 9am classes for the duration of your pass. Having to click into the calendar, click the class link, click reserve and then deal with the animation BS for every class is super irritating. I sign up for my classes for the month as I’m on an unlimited pass and this is the simplest way. The Walla app makes this tedious and annoying.

Dark mode seriously needed. With the UI and color schema chosen it makes it incredibly hard to see what spot you’re on in the waitlist. I’ve heard this same complaint from almost every person in my yoga studio. The easy fix would be dark mode.

I prefer Walla’s app to their website, but I think the app is lacking a key feature for annual memberships: the Next Refresh date that can be found via the Your Credits & Plans tab on their website. This information is super important for me to make sure I know when my month ends and it’s a hassle to log into their website itself. Please bring this data to the app!

There’s no way to remove studios you’ve been to once and won’t go to again. The app also doesn’t open to the studio that you’ve favorited. And there’s no way to contact the app, the only contact information is studio information.

There isn’t a way apparently to get in touch if there are app issues.  I clearly have a studio as a favorite yet when I open the app it goes to a different studio.  I can’t delete the wrong studio.  I tried making the wrong studio the favorite but it still shows that as the default.  So likely the issue is that the last added studio will be the default on open.

This app is great. Easy to use and up until recently would add to my calendar. I have checked privacy settings but Walla will not add unless I give full access. Is this a change?

The app has gone downhill recently. It signs me out every time I leave the app. It used to make me sign in more frequently than I would have liked, but not every time. The filter function no longer seems to be working. I only visit one studio and I don’t need to scroll through all the locations to find the place and time. I used to have the filter set to my studio and now all the studios are showing. I have the filter selected but it isn’t working. Basic app that worked reasonably well and now seems to not be working well anymore.

I agree with the other review that it’s annoying how often it signs me out and doesn’t stay signed in our saves my password. My biggest complaint is that I can’t see what classes my friends have signed up for … or look up people I meet in class and friend/connect with them on the app. The studio I go to just switched to this app and I loved that feature in the prior app. The prior app almost used to allow us to chat private chats with each other so we could even message the instructors. I wish the element of connection was available with the app. It helped with accountability when it comes to working out.

The worst part about this app is that it signs me out way too frequently, and there’s no option to save a password or check a box that says “keep me signed in”. It’s super annoying. It also takes a long time for classes to load and sometimes just doesn’t load the classes at all. I hope they make some improvements.

After being a mind body user for a long time I am super grateful for Walla and all things Walla! I ran a yoga studio for many years and now I own a healing center. I was with Walla from the beginning and it just feels so much better. It’s a very intuitive software. Walla also feels more community based for a lot of different reasons. Walla feels more personal and I don’t just feel like another number. Their support is great. The website build is great and the software is great!!!! 5 stars all around. Walla is the future in software for fitness and studios for sure.

I can no longer click to add to my calendar so I have to manually manage the appointments. That stinks! There could also be some improvements added to the app to delight users. For example adding the room to my calendar would be nice so I know where to go when I arrive and making it easier to filter to classes I want would be useful. If I cancel a class the calendar doesn’t sync so the class remains on my calendar, well it did when the feature worked. Although another studio in town uses the app, I can’t find a way to add their studio to my list. The loading of the class options under scheduling is extremely slow and often even times out.

No one to talk to regarding the studios on the app. It keeps studios locked into the app that you np longer visit nor want to see in the app. Theres no deleting them. There’s no contacting anyone about this. I emailed into the app and never got a response. How annoying it is to go and book for a studio you actually go to and the old studio keeps popping up and you have to see their schedule. FIX THIS and email people back. What is your problem?? No service these days.

This app is frustrating. I really wish my favorite studio never switched to Walla. I get signed out every time I close the app so it’s a whole process to book a class every time. Once I’m signed in it usually glitches and says no classes available, then after refreshing several times and waiting on a loading screen for 30 seconds the classes will eventually populate. It feels petty to leave a 1 star review, but I’m locked in to this app since my studio is locked into this app. I got a canned response when I emailed Walla, so I’m hoping the developers will at least see the growing pile of 1 star reviews.

every time you open the app - it says no classes available and you have to refresh like 10 times for it to know whats going on. its extremely slow and frustrating. you’d think trying to schedule your week in advance would make your life easier, not using walla! i never write reviews but this app is so bad, i felt the need to share

My Pilates studio just switched over to this from mind body touting it as so much better. I just signed up today and already not a fan. Why is there no visibility on every class on how many spots are filled? It seems to only show this when there’s a couple spots left. Seeing how full a class is in absolutely essential to me in deciding if I need to prebook in advance or or if I can wait till a couple hours before as sometimes my schedule can change last minute. This is much more inconvenient in booking classes now. Very disappointed. I have been to a ton of fitness studios and they all show this. Also was hoping I could book classes less than an hour ahead unlike mind body but I still can’t and at least mind body would show how full the class was. Not liking this platform at all.

take forever to show a schedule, continuously logs me out, and shows the wrong notification when i try to early cancel a class. mindbody is so much better

No business writing software. The password field doesn’t autofill- so if you have a keychain save your password, you’ll need to look it up immediately. Even worse, the reset password flow is broken, on both web and mobile. This is amateur hour. I want to give a studio money, and it is impossible.

My former yoga studio switch from mindbody. I accidentally signed up for a membership with the wrong credit card and they couldn’t figure out how to switch my payment method, so I just left it. Then when I went to cancel my membership it had to be “approved” by the studio even though I wasn’t contractually obligated.

I’ve taken private classes with Lisa and group classes with Stacey. They are both wonderful! It’s hard but worth it. It’s helped my body and mind. There is nothing better than a  “ Good job” from Lisa and Stacey!

Razz has had a couple of apps and I’ve had multiple glitches with both of them. I therefore had low expectations when we transitioned to Walla. This has been perfection. Easy to sign up for classes and quick to cancel. Also easy to move between classes and special workshops or events plus you can view upcoming bookings all in one screen. I have no suggestions for improvement—just keep up the good work!!

I love how intuitive and easy it is to use the Walla app. The announcements are my favorite part because I’m up to date with studio events! I also love the confetti every time I book a class :)

I love that I can see my class accomplishments. Walla is a wonderful app and is constantly evolving. It is an easy way to book classes and see the schedule in advance, and any studio announcements. Definitely recommend
