## What is Wallas Transcribe?

Wallas Transcribe turns the voice messages, audio, and videos you receive into text, so you can read what you can’t hear.

We built it for deaf and hard-of-hearing people, including those with cochlear implants or hearing aids. It’s free, with no ads and no subscriptions.

HOW IT WORKS

• Share a voice message from your messaging app, choose Wallas Transcribe, and you’re done.
• Tap Upload to transcribe audio or video from Files or Photos.
• Tap Record to record and transcribe when you’re done.

READ AND LISTEN AT THE SAME TIME

• Tap any sentence and the audio jumps right to that point.
• The sentence that’s playing is highlighted, and the screen follows along.
• Copy or share the text with one tap.

YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST

• Everything is processed on your iPhone. Your audio is never uploaded.
• No account, no sign-up, and no tracking.

AND MORE

• Dozens of languages. Downloaded languages work offline.
• Keeps recording and transcribing even when your iPhone is locked.
• Notifies you when a transcription is ready.
• Detects when you’ve already transcribed the same audio.
• Light and dark mode.
• Available in English, Spanish, French, and German.

Accuracy depends on background noise and how clearly people speak. It works best with one person speaking close to the phone.
