Nachdem sich nach dem letzten Update der Wallbox-Software die Original-App nicht mehr mit der Wallbox verbinden ließ bin ich mir diese App runterladen und installiert. Ich bin begeistert. Zunächst wurde per Meldung mitgeteilt, dass ich den Dip Switch der Wallbox umstellen muss. Danach funktioniert alles bestens. Z.B. Ladevorgänge werden problemlos ausgelesen. Schade um die vielen Stunden, die ich mit der Keba-App ergebnislos in meiner Garage verbracht habe. Thanks. ### 5/5 — Super Support *2024-02-09, version 1.3* Nachdem ich meine Keba-Masterbox P30 X nach einem update zerschossen hatte, hat mir der Support mit den richtigen Hinweisen mehrfach und schnell geholfen, die Wallbox wieder in mein Heimnetz zu integrieren. Dafür ganz herzlichen Dank und weiter so. Es funktioniert alles wieder. Ein Hinweis für Keba: Vielleicht sollte man einen Reset-Schalter in der Wallbox vorsehen, der sie in den Auslieferungszustand zurücksetzt. Wenn sie nur sehr kompliziert zurückgesetzt werden kann und man keinen Netzwerk-Kontakt hat, helfen die Hinweise in den Anleitungen nur wenig. Eine Bitte an Keba: Machen Sie die Wallbox schnellstmöglich ready für bidirektionales Laden, auch wenn es dafür noch kaum Autos gibt. Hier sollte Keba Marktvorreiter sein; bidirektionale Förderprogramme gibt es schon. Für die Integration einer Solaranlage wäre dies auch eine hervorragende Ergänzung. ### 5/5 — WallboxControll war die Lösung *2024-01-13* die Integration meiner KEBA Wallbox (P30 c-Series)in das heimische Netzwerk, die Ansteuerung und Programmierung gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig. Die von KEBA angebotene App konnte das Problem nicht lösen. WallboxControll hat es geschafft, und ich kann nun mein E-Auto nachts zu günstigen Strompreisen laden! Danke auch für den großartigen Service und Support bei der Installation und Implementierung!👍😊 ### 5/5 — grandioser Support *2023-11-05* Die App hat meine Solar Edge Wallbox (KEBA P30) sofort erkannt. Nachdem ich mit den Lade Optionen nicht klar kam, habe ich den Support kontaktiert. Und es hat sich sofort jemand gemeldet. Der Workarround ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Original SE App noch etwas dazwischenfunkt und ich die Wallbox nicht aus der SE App entfernen möchte, aber es ist dennoch händelbar. Ich habe vollstes Vertrauen in die Entwickler, dass die kleinen Unwegbarkeiten gelöst werden. Danke für diesen tollen Helfer beim Laden.
