Once they have your personal details, which include payment details, there is no way of deleting nor deactivating your account. Numerous requests to delete my account, along with all my personal details including bills I pay, have been ignored. My advice is to NOT sign up with Walletdoc!!! ### 1/5 — App is not adding much benefit *2019-07-07, version 2.1.1* The app isn't pulling my bills in automatically. So it ends up just being a payment app which I can do via my banking app anyway. Even though al the details are correct city of joburg does not recognise walletdoc. I have raised a query with walletdoc and awaiting feedback.
