This server appears to no longer be functioning. ### 1/5 — Restore doesn’t work *2020-08-05, version 2.1.3* I had years worth of birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards, insurance cards in this app and it worked great until I got my iPhone replaced and now the restore function doesn’t work. From iCloud, iPhone local files, or DropBox. The Wallet app just crashes when trying to open the backup file. And their submit a ticket doesn’t work either so I can’t even ask them for help. Find a different app!!! ### 1/5 — Wallet Plus Pro *2020-04-22, version 2.1.3* I purchased and downloaded Wallet Plus Pro two days ago. I have not been able to use the app due to sever problems. I’ve tried to contact the company’s support but can’t get the website to open. I will give the app a chance and write a better review should I be able to get to use the app. ### 1/5 — CobbySoft Media Servers Nowhere to be found *2020-03-02, version 2.1.3* Looks like they’ve gone away with our money that was paid to create backup files that are mysteriously, unreadable now. So the app abc the work to populate it is worthless. Can’t even submit a support ticket... Shem... ### 1/5 — Complete rip off *2018-10-22* The functionality was okay, until I tried to back it up to their cloud solution. It asked for a $7.99 fee for “points” to backup. I selected this figure for payment. I was then charged $34 from iTunes! To add insult to injury, the backup still didn’t work. ### 1/5 — Pro Version? I don’t think so ! *2018-08-12, version 2.1.1* If you plan to change phones, do NOT purchase this app. Works fine as long as what you have loaded stays on that phone. I upgraded to an IPhone X and the app will not stay open or saved. There were updates that improved the app and it offered the option to use several ways to back up your info, dropbox was my favorite option. In this latest incarnation it was NOT AN UPDATE this developer makes you BUY basically the same app again at full price. And to back up to iCloud or Dropbox you have to buy credits that will allow you to import and export the file AND not only pay each backup or restore but you will be required log into an account that the developer has a site for, and for what I don't know, if you are using iCloud or dropbox or even just your email. I am requesting a refund and investigation of this developer as I contacted them and they told me buy the new version (not ok since I had JUST purchased the app) but failed to mention the added fees also. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-05-07, version 2.0* All of my data disappeared. I’d even purchased those extorted “credits”. Now it can’t find me at all. So all is truly lost. Zero response from cobbysoft. Potential Buyer BEWARE! ### 1/5 — $5 each time you back up your data!? *2017-11-30, version 2.0* This product was sufficient for its purpose but then I wanted to back up my data to move it to my new phone. Because it couldn’t sync to other devices I was forced to purchase 25 credits at $4.99 to back up the data. It used 10 credits to back it up and another 10 credits to restore the data on the new phone. I have never had my data held for ransom before by an app. This is outrageous and totally unacceptable. I will find another app and spend my money with a reputable company. ### 1/5 — Bait & switch *2017-10-17, version 1.9* I Used this App for many years and even bought the pro version. Like many others the change “for our protection” seems to have been coupled with the developers financial gain and is ridiculous. Having to pay to back up your data after you have paid for the app is unacceptable and I will be finding new technology. Losing all of my prior information was also unacceptable. It then created a separate version for fee. The old app still worked but you couldn’t add to it. I had not used it for awhile and now it’s gone. Where did my data go? I would not recommend. Used the app’s camera to add cards, but it stopped working properly. Tried contacting the owner, ( don’t think he developed it) with absolutely no response. After many years of usage, I have lost all my data when I change phone, thinking that when I have transfered all my data, that this application was included, but it was not. You can’t transfer/ backup the data. In theory you can pay $7.99 to buy credits to back up and restore. But it won’t work. You need to register and log in but the system gives error messages and never works. Try contact support? The support page won’t work. Google the developer & that page doesn’t have any way to contact them. After spending hours entering in all the data - this is a bitter end.
