Customer service is very poor, transaction always failed and you might not even get a refund but you might be lucky is some rare cases. This should be the worst digital banking app I’ve ever seen. You can’t fund your card again because you’ll keep getting error. This is pure criminal, they prevent you from making transfers, there’s no customer care, the usd card is a hoax, doesn’t get funded, they allow you purchase only 5k recharge daily. People; boycott this scam until they are shutdown. Ignore every single 5 star rating, it’s their own people. Boycott.
