One day I get logged out and I can’t log back in. I thought I should be able to tell the cashier my name and phone number to use my account and get cheaper tickets next time I went. I gave them my details and my account doesn’t exist anymore. Tried changing my password to my account but it’s “Invalid”. Then I tried to make a new account but my email is already in use…….. ### 1/5 — Not user Friendly *2024-10-18* The new app is terrible. It’s difficult to navigate, won’t show timetables without a log in, no option review movies and I have a birthday reward ticket but I can’t access it!
