I’m housebound, no printer and was never going to order again since the mess in 2019 where I still have 2 linen white jackets, trs, 2 tops, left in the Wallis bag, wasted, don’t seem to be able to give (or a small token of the price I paid) to anyone due to my situation. I’ve emailed Wallis earlier and explained that 14 days isn’t long enough to sort return out, 14 days could mean possibly due back by 24-26 Dec 2021!! I have now come back, and am getting use to the new format, but finding it easier to talk to someone to assist. I feel once I get use to this new format it will be much easier. Thank you Wallis for changing the way you do things, and getting back to people much quicker.
