Completely not even formatted for mobile devices. Difficult to use on my phone because of the scrolling from side to side and up and down.

After the change over with Hometown Bank I logged into the WVS&L app and discovered 4 of my CD accounts missing.  I tried explaining to the person I reached at WVS&L but she had no clue and put me on hold, and the next person couldn't help me either.    I had to go to the 'old Hometown Bank' and have them straighten it out.  Forget the app... I've leave that bank.
