It also bugs me when a lot of things are in premium!!! 😟 Alsoooo, when I put an icon on my phone the app doubles my icon and my shortcuts keep notifying me about icons! I saw one that I was interested in clicked on it and it said I had to pay. I moved onto another one that I saw and had to pay again. I saw many more and had to pay. Every single thing I clicked on wasnt free. Not one single thing that is free. I then decided to go try to make my own app icons and again, I have to pay 😐 this app is horrible and annoying 😒 ### 3/5 — When Will My “Current Balance” Be Updated?!! And Capable For Withdrawl?? *2022-09-30, version 1.2.4* I have loved and continue to love this app for a variety of reasons— the main, most prevalent reason being the ability for any person to create and/or share their beloved creations (even if created among platforms of graphic design/digital design elsewhere)… but, come on, the potential to have a social-media-like app that allows you to share your designs and/or favorited app icons and your own creative input of app collections, wallpaper(s), widgets and such qualities? Like, again, c‘mon! With intention, this is a very practical application if it holds up to its end of the deal on other promises and app updates. In other words. Every thing about this app (Widgethub) and its potential— based on the features provided: is everything that I would, and do, and continue to hope for in an app (for the purpose of Home Screen designs— involving app icons [i.e. app covers], widgets and wallpapers). I haven’t found anything else quite like it and with it’s simple interface. HOWEVER! And this is a big “HOWEVER”: I’ve been with this app since mid 2021. Very loyally; very consistently. Just about daily. For many hours at a time, sometimes. It’s now nearing the end of 2022. Its been about a year, give or take. I have provided to this app specifically (specifically!!!… and nowhere else!) one-hundred-percent custom made designs that I could potentially advertise elsewhere (and at least 8 or 9… but probably more like 1515-20+ “Phone Themes” that are literally, 100%, made of my own work and cannot be found anywhere else— often equating to hours upon hours of ‘freely given’ creative work… and to emphasize what I mean by this: I have given to this app more of my own work— only making WIDGETHUB more unique and better by me doing so— with zero benefit in return…yet. Nonetheless, I like the layout and ease of the app and I am very patient and understanding: i.e. I want to put faith in this app and continue to see how these algorithms and searches are implemented, etc. Because the ratio of the number of people who are able to view my “themes” versus the number of people who then “like” AND “download” AND “follow me” are eerily in sync. In other words, the people who view my designs are likely to like, download and/or follow me. If a theme has “two” views then it’s also likely to have at least “one” like AND one download, for example. Long story long, my account now says that I am a “star” member. I have 300 followers compared to the fact that I follow 27…. most of whom are out of good graces… and not for my own use/admiration… (although of course I give credit to others where credit is due!) 418 downloads to date (which, now, is almost Oct 1st, 2022)… and I receive numerous notifications DAILY with numberless likes. At times there’s been so many that I can’t even get to the bottom. While this all sounds great, I wish it were— and wish I could say it’s an equivalent representation of the countless hours and efforts I’ve put in. I haven’t seen a penny. Do I expect to make “real” money on this app? If you refer to “real” as a good amount of money? Then, no, prob not. But “real” in the sense of actually receiving a payout… like, physically capable of going into my bank account— then, absolutely; this is an expectation advertised and therefore, it better be real. Even if it’s $5… you should pay people out. (My account far exceeds $5… but that’s an opinion I have on the side). People are purchasing this app (like myself— I have a premium account) for the ability to access/install “themes” that happen to cost $ (by paying the premium monthly amount). All of my themes are under the premium setting— and for which I manually check the box that says “I’d like to monetize this theme” prior to publicizing. When I had under $10 (maybe $6 and some change) listed as my “Current Balance” (back when it was about 100 downloads or less) and if I pressed “Withdraw” the notification would appear as: “*Insufficient Fund* You don’t have sufficient balance to make a withdrawal request.” And you know what? Fine. I can (sort of) get behind that in understanding. But now— and prior to 300 downloads ago— my “Current Balance” has been listed at “29.00” with zero updates in many months. I also cannot withdrawal, apparently, at this amount. And you know what? I can, even, kind of understand that. BUT! TWO MAIN THINGS: 1) At what amount “can” someone “withdrawal”? …and most importantly: 2) Why is this amount not regularly updated? My “Current Balance” has said $29 for a very, very, VERYYY long time… like over six months and back when my downloaded number was somewhere between 200-215 downloads (at best guess). For many, MANY, many months my “Current Balance” has not been updated; nor have many of the numbers among the area which determines “Sales Breakdown - based on monetized themes”. (I have previously broken down the number of downloads compared to the “current balance” and, absolutely, can determine where it should be at…) This does not reflect the downloads I have today nor what the amount should be. This just seems way, way overdue. I would like my Current Balance to be updated. I would also like to know, at what point, is someone able to withdrawal a particular amount? (Obviously $29 is not a sufficient fund— at least, according to this app— but this quote-end-quote “$29” has not been updated nor does it reflect, even closely, the 418+ downloads since acquired). I also think it would be great/helpful, if somewhere among the app it tells individuals at what $ amount is an acceptable amount for someone to be capable of financial withdrawal (and, again: how often the $ amount is updated). Once again, it’s been AT LEAST six months… probably longer now. Overall, this app is fire. (Or it has the potential to be!) Would just like some straightforward awareness regarding my two many questions. I tried multiple different ways to somehow get the app running, but it doesn’t. Recently I don’t have premium access and whenever I hit restore it tells me I need I need to purchase. Although I have proof right from the App Store I’m paid through until mid 2026. I can’t get anyone to respond to help me though.
