This was because of captcha enabled on the server to prevents bots from accessing and wasting bandwidth. This issue should now be resolved in version 1.7! Clearing you safari cache in iOS settings can help. Also please try the reCaptcha option afterwards. Again it should now be working without issues loading the wallpapers.
