I’ve even deleted the app, then redownloaded it and it didn’t make a difference, still disappears. I have quite a few books I’ve bought through this app and Kobo and one in particular that I read every day. I have had several issues being able to get new books with my available credits. The app would get 5 stars if purchasing new books were easier and faster to access through the app instead of being redirected to Walmart and then crashing before you could make your purchase. When I use the Kobo Rakuten app and link it to Walmart it never works anymore. I’m about done with this entire process and ready to use audible only.
