Keep my card locked as an extra precaution and now can’t use it due to no app access while under maintenance. The app says that there's no fee when you're depositing at a Walmart store however I've been charged a fee every time I've made a deposit. Not a huge deal but kind of frustrating if you go out of your way to a Walmart store to avoid the fee and get charged a fee anyway. It’s called Walmart. *2025-05-15, version 1.56.0* I have to text to write a review for this app that I have to register an apple account in order for me to get app. So after I get the app and appear on my iPhone Home Screen also in library. So to secure the app I have to set up a Face ID instead password. After that I open the app and still require me sign in or log in and I don’t see where it signed up for or create one. So I’m thinking if the app that I downloaded that means who else uses the app, otherwise it doesn’t make sense require for password that under the privacy policy or security protection. But generally to me it’s made for public. I don’t see in general of their terms. But privacy is talking about sharing it with and might provide to others using it, and it called privacy security protection policy not appear on general. So I have to sign up for what ever the app I downloaded and then open it for that company of that app. That means I have to feel out twice for the app in Oder for me use the app and still not able access it on all kinds a reason why the problem with all my app s from apple App Store. The thing is that you tried to contact either the support center or feedback to help them improve. The problem is why’d after the app is not working properly right, and then you pop up messages about feedback to help improve or that do I need help with, my concern is how do you know my app is gotten problems that I need it. But why would you do something instead I have to explain it and you make me feel out complain or report. So where is all those times that you asked me help you to improve for helpful. Where’s the to fix it especially you know all i get are 4 year old app and older than 12 years old. I mean they even know how to use the iPhone to make a phone call or alls the details like instructions and articles learn how or read more steps by step that when they not allowed to have the iPhone but they allowed to use the iPhones only on toys u’r us so they they call to the McDonald’s for the kids meal and pay with your Apple Pay on your app. So know idea like a deer’s got kno eyes. I should have known better because I purchased a greendot card from CVS loaded money on it the first day I got the card then a later day I tried to load money on my card and it would not go through so I contacted green dot card and the foreigner on the phone asked how much am I put on there? I him that’s not your business how much I am putting on my card he stated that my card was ready to load and I tried several more times and call green dot again and it stated that my card was disabled. So my point to this review is that after putting all my information and to see that it gave me a totally different number that I provided so I went back on this site to find out it’s a green dot card the same individuals who kept my remaining funds on my card and disable my card that I had from them don’t be aware too many scams going out here and to find out that my whole identity was stolen from Google and they are also foreigners. We need to be more aware of what’s going on around us. When I first signed up for the card I had a lot of issues. At one time before Walmart had the major improvement and had all of the updates corrected it was awful. I wasn’t able to get any money out of my account for a month. I had two direct deposits and wasn’t able to get the money. I would go to Walmart and try to have customer service take the money off and they say that their system needed to be updated and they couldn’t get the money for me. It was a mess, but after the updates and all the improvements the Walmart Money Card works GREAT!!!! I’m glad I waited around because I’m really happy with the service. Great with online shopping and every day uses. Perks are direct deposit and on hand check deposit. Favorite feature is the ability to save an amount to the side and keep a useable amount in daily checking without any hassle ( never change that feature!) ( take a few days to process is the downside) Although I love this card a few down sides is…loading fee at Walmart. I can see at other stores but it’s literally a Walmart card why pay a fee in Walmart. It don’t link with 3 parties well for example “ Cash App” . App sometimes malfunctions .
