6 Interest paid annually on each enrollment anniversary based on the average daily balance across all savings of the prior 365 days, up to a maximum average daily balance of $1,000 across all savings, if the primary account is in good standing and has a positive balance. 2.00% Annual Percentage Yield may change at any time before or after account is opened. Annual Percentage Yield is accurate as of May 2026. Fees on your primary account may reduce earnings on your savings account.

Recently, I’ve been getting a message when I sign in, ‘Site Key Invalid’, apparently this is nothing to do with my password. It’s it’s an instability issue with their own capture, but identifier.
I’ve had this account for over 10 years and I’ve really enjoyed the flexibility and wide variety of Services. But this issue continues to when I need to unlock or lock my card. Or when I need to check my balance. This should really be fixed permanently fixed.

Definitely don’t recommend this don’t let you transfer money from the money card to a different bank , can’t even see your virtual card . When you need to take money out using the barcodes when you go to the Walmart to take it out it doesn’t let you . The representative they never know what they can do to fix the issue, I truly don’t recommend for nothing. In case of an emergency and need the money you will be stranded

App buffers but never opens.  I had high hopes for this debit card and app.  I even paid a $3 fee to drive to the store stand in line and load money on the card.  Now I can’t even see my balance. So disappointed!

Update:  It’s been over 6 months now and I’m still unable to log in on the app.  My friends, Walmart employees, have the same issue.  Usually I can finally get in after a month of trying, but just can’t this time.

Update: Trying to log into my account seems to get more difficult with each update.  After multiple attempts I figured that maybe I was using the wrong password. The password reset doesn’t even work.  As far as financial apps go, this is the worst I have ever seen.  This is just as bad as every single card transaction being flagged as fraud.  I’m going to have to find an alternative.

Just to share my latest discovery here you cannot access this app during the hours of 12:00AM and 6:00AM to check your balance.
