It’s it’s an instability issue with their own capture, but identifier. I’ve had this account for over 10 years and I’ve really enjoyed the flexibility and wide variety of Services. But this issue continues to when I need to unlock or lock my card. Or when I need to check my balance. I’ve tried forcing a restart on my phone, closing and restarting the app, and closing all other background apps. Nothing works. Some days it just opens. The last update was a totally new app, that didn’t even remove the previous app, and since then, this app has been garbage. On top of that, they now require you to use a third party app to verify a check if you need to deposit one. Which means I have no idea what funds I have available and am afraid to use my card for purchases if I don’t readily know what I have available in my account. ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend *2026-08-10, version 2.7.0* Definitely don’t recommend this don’t let you transfer money from the money card to a different bank , can’t even see your virtual card . When you need to take money out using the barcodes when you go to the Walmart to take it out it doesn’t let you . The representative they never know what they can do to fix the issue, I truly don’t recommend for nothing. I had high hopes for this debit card and app. I even paid a $3 fee to drive to the store stand in line and load money on the card. Now I can’t even see my balance. Usually I can finally get in after a month of trying, but just can’t this time. Update: Trying to log into my account seems to get more difficult with each update. After multiple attempts I figured that maybe I was using the wrong password. The password reset doesn’t even work. As far as financial apps go, this is the worst I have ever seen. This is just as bad as every single card transaction being flagged as fraud.
