I have to check every day a few times to see if I have an order but Amazon alerts me right away. The platform heavily favors buyers, often at the expense of sellers. I’ve had multiple situations where customers purchased an item and then returned something completely different, yet there was little to no support or protection for me as a seller. In addition, buyers can return items for almost any reason, even when there is nothing wrong with the product. As a seller, I am forced to cover both the original shipping and the return shipping costs, which quickly adds up and cuts into profits for no valid reason. There seems to be a lack of proper verification or accountability in the return process, leaving sellers vulnerable to abuse. Overall, the system feels unfair and unbalanced, and it makes it very difficult to run a sustainable business on the platform.
