If I want to quickly shop for items, it should take me seconds to select an item, but it’s taking minutes which can be frustrating and detour me from selecting additional items. I signed up originally because of Covid. I continued using the service because the closest Walmart to me isn’t close by, however they deliver my groceries to me, which has been so convenient, so helpful for this senior citizen. Thank you for offering this service. Also, if there is ever anything missing or a wrong product, which happens very rare, your customer service quickly takes care of the situation. I really enjoy using Walmart plus. Thank you for making my life easier. The problem is the app. It is very inconsistent and full of contradictions. It regularly says one thing and then does another. Each individual mismatch looks small enough that it would seem irrelevant on its own, but they keep stacking up and that is when it becomes emotionally draining. Using the app causes a lot of anxiety because you cannot trust it to mean what it says. The whole experience feels exhausting and a bit like a psychological operation.
