I have no idea how they can have almost a five star rating. The process is extremely slow. It took one full day just for them to request the transfer from our bank. After the request was made Ria keeps it held back for four days until they release it to the person that’s being sent to. Transaction in progress, then canceled with no notice or explanation. Started another transaction. After waiting 25 min, longer than the advertised 15 min, I chatted with cust service in the app. Said the transfer was in review and that shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I entered the chat again. Rep said was escalating. After another hour transaction canceled w/no explanation. Went back into chat, was told I need to call the fraud department through cust service. Called and they were closed for the day. Called the next day and was transferred 6 times over 45 minutes, until they transferred me back to the original phone tree! At that point I hung up. Completely useless waste of time and effort. Would give negative stats if that was an option. ### 1/5 — 3 business days to transfer *2025-07-12* I thought this was instant. It takes up to 3 business days. What was most upsetting is customer service told me it would take a few minutes and to check my email for verification.
