First time ordering online and I would say the packaging was great and the shopper even if I indicated No Substitution went out of her way to call and inform a substitute and what is not available. Only thing is the designated time of delivery is not met. But overall will do my grocery shopping again using this app. Over the years seeing past reviews with my experience Waltermart’s service have improved so I think they need to be commended for good service and polite staff.

Its good and easy to navigate but I hope they can imprve in ensuring real time availability of items. I've experienced that there were quite a number of items that need to be replaced. Also, I hope they can store address so I don't need to repeat those basic information.

About the App - user friendly, just type what you need, they will show you the list. “If available” if not nothing will show😁 Service? Excellent!! Fast delivery, complete items, no leaks, ice cream, hotdog etc. still frozen. Mode of payment - COD and Credit card on delivery both are okay. I’ve been using this app since last year 2021.

Easy to use but i would suggest to have the option if the delivery date and time field to be at the 1st part before ordering better that way so that there is no need to waste the time of the shopper if the time for the delivery need is not available

Just would like to commend Waltermart Sucat Manager Ms Leona!

Since I started doing online grocery with Waltermart, some transactions were perfect ie no hitches while a few were not. And when they were troublesome, Ms Leona was always available (replies to Messages and answers Calls), wise enough to come up with solutions, effective and quick to discipline team, expresses deep concern and value for customer, and most of all, respectful.

Keep up the good work, Ms Leona!

P.S. i also appreciate the online grocery system of Waltermart, your reasonable price points and especially the promos. My suggestion is to hire more Personal Shoppers and riders in order to  achieve next day delivery. Thank you.

The app is good and very easy to navigate with. I was able to place order without issue and pay my order online seamlessly. However, I received a call from the branch I chose that they don’t deliver in our area. The app should be able to validate and check the delivery address and confirm if it is serviceable by the chosen branch. This would really save a lot of time and effort from your customers.

Or at least put a list of areas in each branch detail that they could cater.

Decided to try online grocery shopping since it's nearing holidays & it's been recommended by some people. Tried for their Waltermart Bacoor branch. I do get that there are some items that might not be available, but I was disappointed since some of those were just snacks. I just let it pass na lang 😅

Ang pinakamalala lang talaga is I ordered Pancit Bihon, then may kagat 'yung packaging nung Bihon. 😅 Nakakaworry for health & safety reasons. Somewhat inconsiderate to put ice cream agad sa brown paper bag lang knowing na baka matagalan pa ang rider sa pag-pick up. Wala po bang specific bag for that? 😅

Lesson learned, never again. First time and traumatized.

Please waltermart if you have promos and vouchers or codes, make sure its working properly. Its kinda frustrating. I wasted my time checking items that i want to order and upon check out promo codes are invalid!!! 
And please update your items from time to time if there is no stock remove it on the application. And please make sure it will be delivered from the time that we choose like for example i choose 7-11am tapos dadating ng 6pm ano to? Pinapili nyo pa kami ng time pero ung gusto nyomg time ang masusunod?!

I have used their web version using my laptop to order my groceries fortnightly. I never had issues until today when I decided to use the app in my phone as I was watching the MLB Championships. I was able to place my orders and put detailed notes on some of them. I paid and received a bank notification that I have a pre-authorized charge already but the app froze without giving an order number. 

I emailed their support team to raise concern only to be advised that it is a glitch on their end without clarity as to what happened to my order. They only asked for my details and I had to ask what will happen to my orders/preferences.

Such a disappointing experience. Once I am done with this order, I am deleting this app and stick to doing my orders online. Such a waste of time and effort.

Placed an order today at around 8AM at Waltermart Dasmarinas Cavite Branch and committed to deliver within 2PM-5PM. However, I patiently waited until 6.30PM and then I called the store, to my dismay delivery will be late and its very frustrating as they did not bother to call me, or the customers for that matter, that it will be late and the reason for such. Very poor service, they should have at least tried to coordinate and inform me so I can fully understand the problem for such delay.

I ordered my grocery at around 11am and up until 6pm still it hasn't arrived. Customers are also the ones who reach out to the personnel instead of the other way around. So disappointed considering that online delivery apps like this should provide fast and convenient experience. Will never use this again.

I ordered items which are supposed to be delivered between 11am-2pm. But by 2pm, no delivery yet. I had to email them for them to give me update. By 3pm they called to inform that some items are not available which is okay, but it’s already 5pm and no delivery yet. They don’t even bother to inform me what’s the status of the delivery. When I texted them by 5pm, they only replied that the delivery will be delayed. No good service, they don’t inform you of the status even if it’s already past your chosen delivery time. You had to reach out to them first before you’ll get any information. Delays are inevitable, but atleast customers must be informed of the delays since there are delivery time options that we can choose. So disappointed.

I continued as guest and then when i checked out, it is asking me to login so I did. After logging in, all my items from the cart are gone. Had to repeat adding to cart again. Then I tried checking out and once again I was asked to login. Then, all the cart items are gone again. It was so frustrating that I didn’t continue my purchase. Please fix this. 😫

First time using this app and already have bad experience. I placed an order last Saturday and scheduled the delivery this Monday. 2 hours before the expected delivery time I received a message informing me that they can’t delivery my order because it is out of their delivery scope. Then why did the app allowed me to place an order and accepted my payment in the first place? I have wasted 2 days waiting for nothing and now waiting for my money to be refunded. Poor app design and not recommendable.

Items are affordable and there are promos every time. The delivery fee is very reasonable as well as it is only 99 Php flat rate. 

Suggestion to have the vegetables and fruits be purchased in increments of 0.1 or 0.05 kg instead of 0.25kg. It is a little inconvenient to have too much of some vegetables such as chilies or kangkong.

Third time user here, just so I can make sure that my review is not based on a single experience. I can confidently say that the staff are very accurate in providing what was listed and they will contact you if changes are needed to be done. Truly reliable staff and delivery drivers. They will make sure to send out your groceries asap. This is convenient due to the fact that you no longer have to leave home. I have even done some grocery shopping while on the way home. Kudos to this app, services, and especially to the WalterMart Carmona Team.

specially yesterday the amount was deducted abut the transaction is failed. So i need to book again and just pay on delivery because im afraid that i will encounter problem again and my money will be stuck again.

Most times they do not contact you, they will replace your item with things you are allergic to, they will not even bother to contact you even if the price gets below minimum requirement for free delivery and will charge you delivery fee.

Been using this waltermart delivery since pandemic started. Super helpful that I don’t need to go to the store physically. You just have to wait for your grocery in your door step. Until now that the pandemic is almost over, I’m still using this app. Thank you so much waltermart for this hassle free shopping.

Easy to use app. They use a third-party tool for payment. Page looks sketchy because of the layout but legit naman. You'll also receive an e-receipt via email. 

As for delivery, you can choose the time and day. Add subs/alternative products.
