It is a great app in theory. I bought the subscription but it wasn’t really giving me what I was looking for, so I tried to cancel. It’s taken me over three hours just to talk to someone. I get one ai response and 30 minutes I still haven’t heard back. I’ve asked for recovery passwords and code emails, nothing.
