## What is Wampler Sports?

Wampler Sports is a private coach and student training app for Wampler Sports Performance.

Coaches can manage students, assign workouts, review workout logs, track speed sessions, and manage exercise plans. Students can sign in with their private code to view assigned training, log workouts, record speed sessions, and review their progress.

Improved cloud sync reliability and reduced unnecessary Firebase reads by making coach publishing explicit and student updates intentional. Students can now check for workout updates from their dashboard, while coaches get clearer publish/sync status.
