When I try to cash out they needed verification. I had to send a picture/selfie holding my ID. If that wasn’t bad enough, they then demanded a video call to further verify my identity. After all that, they still closed my account and refused to give me my deposit back. It’s unacceptable that they can take your money and refuse to refund you even after you took all appropriate steps.
