With the user-friendly wAppLoxx Pro Plus app from ABUS, you can conveniently manage and control the wAppLoxx Pro Plus system on the go - at any time from anywhere via WLAN and mobile communications. Nun verwenden wir die hochwertige pro Version sowohl Controller als auch Software aber keine Apple Watch Unterstützung. Das ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum die pro Version weniger kann als die Standardversion. Weiterhin hat der Controller kein eigenes Web Interface mehr und ich benötige ein Windows PC, da die Software zur Konfiguration ausschließlich für Microsoft Systeme und nicht für Apple Systeme zur Verfügung steht. Ein neues Update und ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen. „Sichere Verbindung zu wapploxx konnte nicht aufgebaut werden“. Folge: Wieder Service anrufen, der kommt raus, macht irgendetwas an der Anlage und schreibt munter eine Rechnung!!! Mir reicht es so langsam. **Developer response:** Hallo Softicem. Wir haben uns nun bei einer neuen Liegenschaft für wAppLoxx entschieden, aufgrund der Remoteverwaltung und der Möglichkeit, die Schließanlage auch aus der Ferne verwalten zu können, wenn mal ein Transponder verloren geht oder eine Berechtigung kurzfristig erweitert werden muss. In den ganzen Prospekten und der Bedienungsanleitung steht, dass die App dafür kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Tatsächlich stimmt das auch. Sie kann kostenfrei heruntergeladen werden. Nach dem Öffnen erscheint dann lediglich ein Screen, der zum Kauf oder zum Abo auffordert. Was soll das denn? Wenn man im Vorhinein weiß, dass man die Kosten dafür einkalkulieren muss, okay. Bei einem derartig teuren Anschaffungspreis sollte für den Verwalter eine kostenfreie App bereitstehen. Dass man Transponder, die für die verbaute Technik eh unverschämt teuer sind, durch eine kostenpflichtige App ersetzen kann, ist auch ok. 40€ sind ein Witz, aber wegen mir, wer das will, kann das tun. Dass der ABUS Support auf herkömmlichen Wegen nicht reagiert, setzt dem Ganzen noch die Krone auf. Wer garantiert mir denn, dass nach der PayWall eine funktionierende App bereitsteht? Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihr ABUS Kundenservice. ### 3/5 — Funktioniert gut, aber… *2023-08-30* Vorab: Wir sind als Familie aktuell umgestiegen von der wAppLoxx 1.0 auf die wAppLoxx Pro Plus und brauchen so nun diese Version. Daher haben wir bisher die alte wAppLoxx-App benutzt und können das gut mit dieser hier vergleichen. Bei der wAppLoxx Pro Plus-App hier lässt sich nämlich festhalten, dass es im Grundsatz genau die gleiche Software mit gleichem Aussehen für die neue Basis ist. Diese sieht schick aus und funktioniert erst einmal problemfrei. Während alle Nutzer in meinem Haushalt die alte App toll fanden, ist das bei dieser App anders. Das geht mit dem Abo-Modell los, das aufgrund der Gleichheit der beiden Anwendungen doch verwundert. Ohne Abo lassen sich die App und die bekannten Funktionen nämlich überhaupt nicht nutzen. Davon abgesehen wird nirgends erklärt, wozu man das Abo eigentlich erwerben soll. Es ploppt einfach direkt der Abo-kaufen-Screen nach dem Start der App auf. Eine Test-Version oder, nach Kauf der für Privatanwender teuren Basis und Zubehör, begrenzte kostenlose Nutzung der App ist leider leider nicht vorgesehen. Nachdem wir uns für die Lifetime-Variante entschieden haben, stellt sich heraus, dass diese NICHT über iCloud Family Sharing mit dem Rest der Familie geteilt werden kann. Das sind bei aktuell 39,99€ und mehreren iPhones in der Familie schon einiges on top zusätzlich zum Preis der neuen Basis und notwendigen neuen Transponder. Auch die Apple Watch App, die bei der vorherigen Anwendung inkludiert war, fehlt bei dieser Version (hoffentlich nur bislang?). Mit dieser nun auch noch fehlenden Funktion wird es für uns immer unverständlicher, wozu man hier eigentlich die Software zusätzlich finanzieren soll. Alles in allem war der Umstieg auf die neue Basis und dieser App leider bei uns nicht vermeidbar, mit der alten App wären wir aber deutlich besser gefahren. ### 5/5 — läuft *2022-08-11* Die App läuft und macht was sie soll.👍 ### 1/5 — Qualitätssicherung überprüfen! *2021-10-01* Es tut mir leid wie kann man so ein Update veröffentlichen bei dem nichts mehr geht? Ich habe 2000€ für zwei neue Zentralen ausgegeben. Und dann kommt so ein Update bei man für ein Abo bezahlen soll was nicht geht! Ich bitte auch in diesem Zusammenhang nochmal über das Abomodell nachzudenken. Ich finde das erste Jahr sollte kostenlos sein nachdem man eine neue Zentrale gekauft hat.
