## What is Waqt?

You don't miss prayers. You postpone them.

Every prayer has a window, and nobody misses it at the start. It slips away at the end, after four rounds of "in a minute." Waqt is built for exactly that moment: when a window is about to close and you haven't prayed yet, the apps you chose become unopenable until you mark the prayer done.

THE DEADLINE SHIELD
Choose your distracting apps and a buffer — 15 to 60 minutes before each window closes. Pray before the shield arms and Waqt stays completely invisible. Meet the shield, and one honest tap ("I prayed") lifts it instantly.

NIGHT LOCK
Fajr is won the night before. At your wind-down time — fixed, or relative to Fajr — your chosen apps go to sleep and stay asleep until Fajr. When the alarm rings, the phone's first useful act is the prayer.

THE PATTERN
Every on-time prayer lays a golden petal; five make a day; twenty-eight days complete a named girih panel — Alhambra, Qarawiyyin, Registan — archived in your private gallery. It never shatters and never resets. There is nothing to share, on purpose: your record exists for you alone.

BUILT ON TRUST
Waqt never verifies worship. No camera, no sensors, no proof — a check-in is a tap taken on trust, and what it means stays between you and Allah. The only friction is on the way around the prayer: a deliberate two-step to postpone, and an emergency release that is always available and never shamed.
