1. Added the USSR Legendary Team T-44 Medium Tank, Epic Team Red Banner Command Squad, and Rare Team SU-76 Tank Destroyer, available through New Card Recruitment with Advanced Requisition Orders. T-44 is a limited Legendary Team, available only from this New Card Recruitment for a limited time; it will enter Optional Recruitment after 3 versions and return in Rerun Recruitment. The U.K. Epic Team Medium Defense Position, Epic Team Staghound Armored Car, Rare Team Matilda Infantry Tank, and Rare Team Motorcycle Scout Team are now permanently available in New Card Recruitment, Optional Recruitment, Rotation Recruitment, Rerun Recruitment, Team Recruitment, and Random Cards. 3. Optional Recruitment updated: select 1 Legendary, 1 Epic, and 1 Rare Team to raise their recruitment rates, and change selections at any time. A limited Legendary Team is added to the pool before receiving the rate increase. Event time: Aug 1, 2026, 00:00–Aug 14, 2026, 00:00 (UTC). 4. Pity progress now carries over between pools under New Card Recruitment. 5. Panzer V Medium Tank and Sd.Kfz.221 receive new modifications. The Legion Leader can select a member avatar on the Legion member information screen to transfer the position. 8. Battle optimizations: Phase 2 and 3 advancement fuel costs adjusted to 30 and 40; infantry flamethrower penetration standardized to 1; setup crew hit volumes and armored-car standards updated; light tanks and selected medium tanks repriced and repositioned; all anti-air weapons improved; range indicators added when placing Medium and Heavy Defense Positions. 9. U.S.: Updated the costs, roles, or performance of the M20, M24 Chaffee, M5 Stuart, Sherman variants, M3 Lieutenant Convoy, and more. 10. GER: Updated armored cars, Pz. III/IV/V tanks, assault guns, and Fallschirmjager. Panzer V's Attack Marker now deals bonus damage and silences its target at 3 stacks. 11. USSR: Maxim Truck can now fire while moving; the M5 Resource Transport Vehicle can carry one infantry squad; T-34, SU-85, KV-1, and more were adjusted. 12. U.K.: Morris Scout Car now uses Marking Flare; Staghound Armored Car, Commander Hawke Wilder, and multiple armored units were adjusted; 3-inch Mortar Emplacement and Commandos were updated. 13.
