This last update took over 2000K of my diamonds that I had saved up! This is not fair. Why bother playing if everything is going to be taken away from you? Lost all of my progress & started me over @ the beginning. Don’t waste your time downloading it ! It’s not even worth the star it makes you put in. Update spent $50 bucks to upgrade a new hero that was promised to be gold & 3 days & $15 bucks later still no upgrade just another hero I can blow $ @ what a waste As of 7/26/21 cannot play game after last update . There are no longer ways for F2P players to gain gems or attain the highest level of the daily missions. It appears the company has switched to a full pay to win mode and regardless of the amount of time a F2P player plays they will not be able to get decent enough units to compete. When looking at reviews for this game, they were mixed but one thing I did notice was the copy and pasting of developer responses I am very disappointed in how you handle the problems that people are having, I think this shows how much effort you put in customer support. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2021-06-24, version v0.0.81* Horrible ### 2/5 — Glitches galore *2021-05-18* No support for iOS players. You’ll have to shut down several times during game play every time you play. I’ve created several artifacts in game to have them disappear afterward. Upgrading buildings will sometimes cause additional glitches to the rest of your castle. Upgrading guards gives a failure notification. Reading the reviews this is a common occurrence along with the incredible amount of pop ups to spend real money. That being said, it’s a standard match 3 game with pretty graphics. Apple had a system update last week. Tried logging into game today and all that loaded was a white screen. Reset numerous times with same results. The game has had numerous glitches since I began playing last year. I would give zero stars if possible. Disappointed gamer. I’m not sure who does the math for the average rating. With my 1 star added to the rest thats 28 ratings. 15- 1 star, 4- 2 star, 5- 3 star, 2- 4star and 2- 5 star, total of 56 stars divided by 28 reviews equals a rating of 2.......not 4.6. Deceptive practice to get people to believe it’s a solid game. The proof is right there, 19 reviews of 1 or 2 stars.!! **Developer response:** Dear player. There are no mines to get resources from. There are very few events and they are basic. This game is for all intent dead and until someone revitalizes it, not worth playing. Thanks for your support. ### 1/5 — Great game but…… *2022-03-25, version v0.0.99* The developers have begun to reduce the functionality of the game, lots of features have been switched off, resources are no longer available on the world map. There have been no updates for over 6 months. I think one of their other games are more lucrative!!!! Update So following the developer response, I contacted support, nothing changed in the game, support basically said they can’t help and are forwarding my emails to the developer. It is now impossible to train hero’s as items you need you get from harvesting from the world map, where there are now no resources. Players are all saying the game is being switched gradually. Functionality being removed, I would not recommend to new players anymore. ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2022-02-24* Uncool your game is a joke.
