As with most of these games some players sell their bases when they get bored which gives others the opportunity to keep interested in the game. Sadly there are scammers that sell bases and when the buyer spends money to progress the base further they get reported and get accused of stealing the base and end up losing everything whilst the scammer regains that base and gets no punishment for selling. Despite evidence proving that the scammer sold that base which they actually brought from another player they face no punishment and the developers allow this to happen.
