## What is WAR?

The WAR (Work & Attendance Reporting) system developed by OneRoof Technologies is an integrated platform designed to manage employee productivity, task tracking, attendance, and leave management in a unified manner. The system provides a central dashboard where users can view their daily check-in and check-out timings, total working hours, and a summary of tasks, giving them a clear overview of their workday and performance.

A key feature of the system is its task management module, which allows employees to add, assign, and track tasks efficiently. Each task captures essential details such as project, assigned manager, and description, while also enabling users to track time spent and update task status using predefined categories like completed, in progress, or not done. This ensures structured workflow management and accountability across teams.

The platform also includes performance tracking through WAR scores and visual analytics, helping users and management monitor productivity trends over time. Features like the leaderboard for top performers and attendance statistics further enhance visibility and encourage better performance.

In addition, the system offers a team tracker for monitoring team activity, a detailed attendance calendar for day-wise tracking of working hours and leaves, and a leave management module where users can apply for leave or work-from-home and track request statuses. Overall, the WAR system serves as a comprehensive tool that improves transparency, coordination, and efficiency within the organisation.
