My name is Cristina. I’ve been using Shari and her personal fitness app for about a year now. I highly recommend it. She helps keep me motivated every single day. 

The workouts are tailored to you and is super manageable. I always feel super confident and I can always leave the gym knowing I had a killer workout.

 After each workout she has me do 30 min of cardio and at first it was hard, but my endurance has increased drastically and I can easily do it everyday after my workouts :)

If you’re looking to get a smokin summer body hit up Shari asap!!!🔥🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
