## What is Ward Social?

Ward is an invite-only social app built around one idea: trust compounds.

You don't sign up. You're vouched in — by two existing members who put their own standing on the line to bring you here. When you vouch for someone, your name stays beside theirs, permanently. That's not a feature. That's the whole point.

How it works

Every member gets three drops a day — short posts, text or audio — that expire after 72 hours. No endless scroll. No archive of everything you've ever said. Just the room, moving forward.

The feed is chronological. No algorithm decides what you see. One pulse per post. Replies are conversations, not performances.

Your lineage shows everyone who vouched before you, going back to the founding members. When two of your branches share an ancestor, Ward shows you. The room is smaller than you think.

Why it's different

Most platforms grow by removing friction. Ward grows by protecting it. Every cohort is capped at 1,000 members. The vouch requirement increases with each new cohort. Getting in gets harder as the room proves itself — because the people already inside earned their place.

No ads. No algorithm. No AI-generated voices in the feed. Every word you read was written by a real person who was vouched in by someone real.

What's coming

Audio drops. Stewardship — a patronage tier for members who want to keep the lights on. Cohort milestones. The lineage constellation, growing deeper with every new member.
