No place I can find to submit support tickets. The reporting for talks and prayers is not working and I cannot see history. It’s all blank. Haven’t had this happen before. I can access on my cell phone but cannot change the login information on my iPad as it will only link to my wife’s Facebook account and not mine. Can’t find any place to change this. Even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Can’t use it on my iPad. Given the font size on my phone it doesn’t do much good for me unfortunately,. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for the review. You can add multiple login methods for your account by tapping on the user profile icon in the top left when you login. Under “Connected Accounts” you can tap “Connect another account”. I would love to see you make the back page of the printed program available for announcements, also. We have digital and paper users alike and would like to be able to expand the use of that valuable real estate. We will be launching a beta test with this app this Sunday but after getting in and testing out the functions, I can already tell it’s going to be a game-changer. I’m assigning our chorister to enter songs, Exec Sec. to enter announcements, prayers, Clerk to enter new move-ins. No more making notations multiple places. The conductor already has info supplied. The librarian already has PDF ready to print. Programs done, archived. Speakers frequency info supplied. Only request - change the sunken ship image on the home page to something Sabbath or spiritual. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2023-04-23, version 1.48* I love this so far! It won’t scroll down to get to the google login. ### 1/5 — This app needs improvement *2025-06-15, version 1.66* I realize that the owner of this app is a dad to a bunch of kids and does this on his “spare time”. I’ve reached out in the past to him with problems and he doesn’t care. I’ve been in the IT industry for over 28 yrs and know that you can’t release an app that clearly has issues and then tell folks you are busy living life. Maybe thats why the dude is “retired” from being a software developer? IDK. And now there’s a bigger issue with iPhones and his app, and he has removed any way of communicating with him to let him know there’s an issue with the latest update. So maybe this 1 star will get his attention to fix it bc everyone I know in my ward can’t use it bc it won’t bring up any bulletins. It just sits there with a blank screen. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2025-01-05, version 1.60* Do not use this app. This app uses acronyms our Prophet says offends the Savior. Warning: Do not use. In response to developer: Our prophet asks that the term “Mormons” and “LDS” not be used. Please avoid using the abbreviation “LDS” specifically “LDS Hymn Book #…” in display mode. ### 1/5 — Good idea but not ready *2023-04-23, version 1.48* I was never able to link programs to my ward so I was never able to publish the programs. Also, the printed versions of the programs are not pleasing to the eye. ### 1/5 — Not easy to figure out. *2023-01-23, version 1.41* When I created a template for announcements and push the save button all my work disappeared and it did not save . Tried to copy and paste from our Google app but it also disappeared. I do not want to type in everything for the year! That is so tedious! Why doesn’t it save my announcements? Difficult to figure out! ### 1/5 — Men are not “the priesthood” *2022-10-19, version 1.33* This agenda include the following phrase: “…after which members of the priesthood will administer the sacrament.” For decades, Church leaders have tried to eliminate the erroneous practice of referring to men as “the priesthood” or as “members of the priesthood”. This app’s language template only perpetuates this error. The sacrament is administered to the body of the church by those who hold priesthood authority or who have been ordained to the priesthood. The priesthood is not a club of which only men can be members. East fix Jared…the language should be the following: “After which the sacrament will be administered” App seems intuitive and easy to use, but not doctrinally sound. ### 2/5 — I love this program! *2025-08-30, version 1.73* Let me start off by saying I love this program. It’s very easy. I love the outline and I love how easy it is to plug information in. There’s just one drawback with the new hymns that are constantly coming out. There’s not an open format for putting in new song titles as they become available. It would be nice if we could put in other hymns as an open field too. ### 2/5 — App Doesn’t Connect to Server *2025-07-22, version 1.71* I can’t ever get the app to connect to the server. I’ll go and make changes and they won’t show up later. It always says “offline - tap to reconnect” on the bottom when I’m clearly online. I tap it and then it just comes back. This happens to everyone in our ward, not just me. But I’m the one responsible for using the app the most. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t respect privacy choice *2024-07-08, version 1.59* If you don’t give this app access to your location. It will prompt you for it. Every! Single! Time! ### 3/5 — OK app as a Ward member *2024-11-17* I can’t review this as a full user, only a Ward Member. However, one of the first and largest issue I have seen is the app always wanting to use your location. Turn it on and you see every Ward close by, and in areas with small Ward boundaries like Gilbert that is a lot. Leave it off and you have to close the prompt every time. I recommend an easy fix, give us an option to permanently disregard using location. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. The app is supposed to only request location once...I will look into why it is repeatedly requesting permissions. We have a sheet of paper with QR codes on the doors to our sacrament service. It reduces our “announcements” time and provides links when needed for more information. We are currently in a location with an overhead projector in the meeting. We display the QR code with a photo of The Savior. The only thing that I would love to see is the ability to have access to more images that can be used for the front page. The choices for LDS images is extremely limited. Even an option to import our own images would be great. With that change I think it would be almost perfect. That and the ability to print more pages in the printable option. Right now if you have too many announcements it cuts them off.
