I can also remember what I wore to large sales meetings. Also good for clothes planning for those weeklong meetings. It has worked perfectly for me. I like that I can use the second pic for jewelry and shoes. ### 4/5 — Good app for wardrobe ideas *2017-12-11, version 3.9.92* I often have a hard time deciding on an outfit, and it can be helpful to go back and look at what I wore before for inspiration. I was looking for an app that would easily allow me to do this, and Wardrobe Journal fit the bill. At a reasonable price, I can catalog my wardrobe items and outfits easily. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think it would be especially helpful if there was an option for a "grid" view of your outfits. The way the app is set up now, the photos of the outfits are very small and I would like to be able to more quickly browse through all my "Work" category outfits, for example, without having to open each entry to see a larger photo. ### 5/5 — Excellent app, excellent update *2014-07-09, version 3.9.10* I've used this app for over a year and love it. You can keep track of everything you wear, which makes early morning outfit decisions so much easier. And the new update has improved an already amazing app by making the search slightly more user friendly, and including an easier access to pictures. Best purchase you'll make today! It does everything I was looking for and the upgrade adds individual pictures for articles of clothing which I love. I had some problems but the tech support is excellent and they got everything fixed for me. I have recommended this app to friends and they love it too! Have been using the app for two years and wardrobe can be sorted by outfit or garment. Alphabetical sorting of the 'Event or Category' and 'Person or Group' has been added and is most helpful. Only small suggestion would be to add multiple dates since most outfits/articles are worn many times. Response to suggestions or questions is quickly addressed. I love that I can catalog my seasonal wardrobe by haves and wants. It also reminds me of items I already have that will work great for the new seasons. I also found that an item I'm not putting into the journal either doesn't have a good place in my wardrobe or its become outdated. It even helps closet clean ups. I found yet another use: my husband can look at my upcoming season and find my wants. After installing it, I was presented with a screen that had horizontal lines on the left side, a black square on the right, and on the top line two buttons..."Edit" and "+". If I touch the "Edit" button it changes to a "Done" button. However, there's no way to enter any text or pictures. So the "Edit" button simply toggles with the "Done" button. I've saved the best (ha!) for last. Every time you touch the "+" button the app immediately closes! THIS APP IS A DUD!!! ### 2/5 — Please let us take photos from album! *2013-04-08, version 3.1.02* I love this app and all the detail, but it has been crashing, and will not allow me to take pictures from the app. If I could import pictures from my album, I would be able to do it later. It works great for that purpose but I can only use it on my phone or my iPad even though I have it synced in the cloud on both. I contacted tech support and did what they said. I've been keeping a journal of outfits for special occasions for years and in so happy to have somewhere specific to store my outfit records. However, I wish I could view each entry as a whole and be able to see the photo as well as all of the info I've added (wrap text) and also see the notes I've added without having to go in and check each Notes field (I don't always enter a note but I want to see it automatically if it's there). I wish it would let you assign categories (shoes, pants, necklaces, etc) so I can search just the category without having to look through my whole "closet." Also, I wish the quick pick actually picked an outfit for you (like a random outfit you haven't worn in a couple weeks) for days I don't have time to think about it. Overall though I'm enjoying the app and will keep using it. Recommended. ### 5/5 — Loving this app! *2017-06-08, version 3.9.91* Wardrobe Journal is quick and easy to use -- no time-consuming set up requiring editing out the background of every piciture of every piece in your closet, etc.! I take a selfie of myself in the outfit, then (optionally) tag it for where I wore it (or what people, event, etc.), and add the clothing articles used in the outfit (pictures of pieces are optional, but it can just be a quick shot). I can then do many things with this information over time: I can click on a date on the calendar and see what I wore; I can click on an event or person's name and see my outfits so I won't wear the same thing to church each week, etc. Probably my favorite feature: I can click on an article of clothing and see the different ways I've worn it - as a list or in a carousel! Super helpful to keep me from walking into my closet and not knowing what to wear, forgetting what I've put together in the past or learned from my capsule wardrobe group! All this information for not much work. For capsule wardrobe users, I also add the outfit collages I receive from GYPO Style Challenges and tag all the pieces I have that could be used for that outfit. I also tag these outfit collages with the capsule name/season, so I can easily pull up just these to carousel through. Love that I can type in a boy's/man's name or a client, to see what I wore when I was with those people. Glancing at one of the reviews, which is good but having issues with crashing, CONTACT THE DEVELOPER b/c they WILL help and get your problem fixed - even if the problem is your particular device. I had a question about how something wasn't working, and they called me at home on the weekend within minutes of receiving my email! How is that for service?! They also added an upgrade that I had suggested.
