## What is Warehouse_App (LiG)?

Use all the functions of the popular warehouse management app on your mobile device. From the creation of new materials to the booking of tools to user management, you will always have all the important functions at hand.

It is also possible to use the app on its own completely free of charge and without registration.

It is clear to us that you want to be a successful entrepreneur. To achieve this, it is necessary that you and your employees use your working time as productively as possible. Unfortunately, you probably waste a lot of time organizing your materials, tools or keys. At Warehouse_App, we believe that it should be possible for every company to organize its warehouse efficiently.

The Warehouse_App is foolproof to use and solves complex warehousing problems. Several employees can use it at the same time and are always mobile, whether in the warehouse or on the way to your customer.

It is also possible to integrate suppliers and make price comparisons and order items from within the application. A web application ensures that also the office staff always has an overview of the warehouse. (In the web application, you set up the app exactly as you and your warehouse staff need it).

The founder of Warehouse_App, industrial engineer Steffen Grell, has been helping various companies to organize their warehouses efficiently for 7 years. Until now, there has been no solution for small and medium-sized companies that provides the functions these companies actually need at a reasonable price.

• New: archive for materials as its own view.
• Material details: tap numbers to copy them; edit materials straight from a consignment item.
• Fixes: project storage locations in the material details are editable again, scanner camera modes after a denied permission, favorites in the setup assistant.

### 1.3.346 — 2026-08-14

• New: home screen widget for your favorites – start scanning, booking, lists and more straight from the home screen
• Withdrawal: alerts you to open consignments for the project; project storage locations can now be chosen as the withdrawal location
• Smoother scrolling in long lists, reliable pull to refresh and a clean start without a network connection

• Clear guidance when camera access is denied
• Correct rebooking confirmations; project locations can be selected as order-position targets
• Projects can block overbooking; purchase requests show consignment-item custom fields

### 1.3.344 — 2026-07-18

Consignment items now stay visible while the "Only my responsibility" filter is active. Double-tapping Approve or Reject no longer triggers the action twice. Latvia is now supported as a country.

The last selected commission is now pre-filled again during picking. Additional bug fixes and improvements.
