1. When performing the **109 transaction** in ASN, match the order line item group based on the **`line_no`** field.
2. Inventory transfer is **not allowed** for records that have completed the **107 transaction** but have **not yet completed the 109 transaction**.
3. Add a **plan configuration** to automatically switch the WMS API domain between **Standard Edition** and **Enterprise Edition** companies.
