This is extremely poor service from WH I wanted help because of a issue with not only one order but two orders, so I ordered a top but had to return it as it was faulty, I’d taken the label off and then a friend pointed out there was a tear in the neck that I hadn’t noticed until I was about to go out, so I set up a return and returned the top, so WH are arranging a refund for the top but they are taking £2 off for my return postage costs even though it wasn’t my fault if the top had a tear in it, I really liked the top so I decided to order another top the same and paid another £4.99 for postage for the new order, I’d already paid £4.99 postage for the initial top, then when the new order arrived it wasn’t just a similar top, it was the same top, the top that I had returned with the tear in it with the label taken off, it had been sent back to me as a new order when I opened the package I wondered why the label had been removed and then thought this is like the one returned with the label off it , no way have they sent me the top I returned without checking the top inside and have just sent it on to another person who just happened to be the person who had returned it in the first place without checking it, yes they had returned my torn boomerang top to me absolutely shocking, so far I’ve paid £4.99 + £2 + £4.99 for postage for this top and now if I return this one they’ll charge me another £2… I’ve sent an email and had a dismissive quite condescending email back about their high quality service and that they’ve passed it on to quality control and that’s it, awful customer service and now they’ve asked me to leave feedback about their app service so this is my feedback not about their ‘app’ but about their ‘crap’ customer service. ### 2/5 — Push notifications *2022-05-09, version 9.2.1* Still getting push notifications, despite turning these off in the app. ### 4/5 — Good *2022-05-08, version 9.2.1* Easy to use but would be great if a length of sleeve filter can be added! ### 1/5 — Con *2022-02-25, version 9.1.2* Said I’d get an extra % off if I used app, but ‘selected lines only’ waste of time ### 3/5 — Lindsay *2022-02-17, version 9.1.1* I’d like to see models height and more pics and videos. ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to register *2022-01-08, version 9.1.0* Despite trying for a week, each time I try to register I get an error message ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-12-03, version 9.0.11* Don’t really shop at Warehouse but buying a chosen gift for my sister-in-law. My problem is with the returns. It takes up to 21 days to refund any money and doesn’t update your details on the app when return payment for the item has been made.
