The campaign mode is really fun same with conquest but my issue is local mode the bots turns go way to fast it’s hard to process what they just did especially if you just want to watch them battle it out (they also just only target the stronghold so there is barely any conflict)

Hello I am getting waiting for cloud and the start screen not popping up afterwards. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still get the error. Are the servers down or is this an on going issue? I do enjoy the game as several of us play coop, 2v2. Would like to get back to playing those.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you're having issues. We've checked on our side and everything looks fine. Not sure why you're unable to access the game. Our advice would be to restart your phone and check that it's not a memory issue causing stalling. Please let us know if this helps!

I love this as a TBS fan. I do have a big gripe over my progress being wiped when I try to export/import between my devices. Export the save file, import it on my iPad, both devices now back at zero progress… very frustrating.

Edit for developer response- The issue is not that the save file disappeared, I can see and access it on all my devices, but it loads as a new game. Everything LOOKS like it’s going well, but it’s a fresh start.

I wanted to love this game, but the UI leaves a lot to be desired. Feels like a console game ported to a phone with no consideration for usability. As far as the game itself goes it’s solid but I won’t be playing it with my friends as I had hoped because the interface is terrible for fingers.

I’m having a ton of fun with this game! The animations and gameplay loop is super super satisfying. My only complaint is that some of the controls give me a little trouble, being kinda finicky. I also wish there was an intermediate camera zoom option, but these are small nitpicks on an otherwise great game! :)

I posted my previous complaint on the Discord. I have a new one, maybe this game needs a rating and comment section in game to vote for good or bad maps. Some maps are just dysfunctional troll maps. Also, is it possible to increase the difficulty of AI?  

Also, possible to had 6 players instead of 4 only?

Love the game, scrolling around is a bit wonky but fine. 
  
Have a bug or something. Does not load up anymore. Chucklefish and robotality logos pop up then just a black screen. Sometimes it says waiting for cloud but never loads. Played fine for about a week, but not working for me anymore.

Yes, the game can be a bit sensitive on controls but for the price and content this game definitely should not be badly reviewed. I think overall this is an awesome game for
Mobile and for less then ten bucks I just could not in good conscience not write a review to help combat the negative reviews! Please give it a try if you’re interested in the wargroove games!! This game has improved a lot since its launch.

What a great addition to the iOS turn based games being not only a tribute but a fun learning curve, so many options and so many ways of obtaining victory. Games like this are good for the phone when you have some down time and want to play campaign or create your own and customize your ability to enjoy it. It’s a bit challenging but that’s the point, no excess of grinding just learning how the units can come together. Very well done I can’t wait to keep playing and seeing what updates may come!

Great game that hits a niche but important spot for multiplayer. Crossplay, asynchronous games are rare. Rarer still are ones of this quality and fun.

Only downside, although it’s an important one, is there are no notifications for when it’s your turn in multiplayer. Needing to check manually ain’t it.

Ich Feier das Spiel - es ist das selbe Spiel wie für PC oder Konsole 
Es ist super Taktisch und ich spiele es seit Jahren. Der Multiplayer macht mega Spaß - allerdings spielen es wirklich wenige - schade - würde mich freuen gegen mehr Spieler zu spielen - gibt dem Spiel eine Chance wenn ihr Schach liebt dann ist das Spiel empfehlenswert 

Es ist ein Mix aus Schach und Leage ( durch die verschiedenen Fähigkeiten der Heros ) 

Vielleicht denkt ihr den Preis damit es noch mehr kaufen

This is just too unprofessional in this day and age. I love this game, have played and beat the first, was excited about this one, until the fifth map or so and it just deleted my progress and wants me to start from the beginning. This is so incredibly deflating. I just don’t even want to play it anymore. And the game is slow to start up, you need to go through all the tutorials and scenes. I just want my progress back! I paid money for this. It’s absurd.

As the title says.. currently I am unable to scroll to the edge of the maps where some characters are unreachable/ and or enemies are unreachable ( cannot scroll left or right only up and down).  Also may I request you add an option to single tap command rather instead of tap confirm.  Thank you!


Any updates on the zoom in scrolling left to right? As of right now still no response or updates.. really ruins the whole experience of the game. 1 star until I see an update.

Almost October and still no fix on the zoom, sleeping developer I guess hold out on buying this game. Such a disappointment.

It is good to reconnect to Advance Wars of the Nintendo era but the game is a bit too easy. It is good for those who did not play Wargrove on the PC yet! The story is funny and entertaining.

ただ、全体画面やターン終了画面、二本指での操作など、スマホならではの操作が少し不便ではあります。

Wargroove 2 is a fantastic turn based strategy game. Easy to learn and fun to play, the art style is a great throwback to classic games of yesteryear. The multiplayer is cross platform (across PC, Switch, etc.) and an example of how multiplayer should be done! Love this game and love the fact that I can now play it on the go!

Wow, what a beautiful little game.  It’s touching, story is engaging, funny in the right moments, endearing the next.  And the combat takes real thought, between knowing terrain and unit abilities.  Seriously, why the negative reviews? I’m in love. And best of all…no micro transactions!!! Just buy and play…wish there were more games like this.  Knocked it out of the park.
