It’s also got a lot of character and a good player base. However, Warhammer is about all the cool factions duking it out on the battlefield. Since Soul Arena only features some Chaos and Order factions, with no sign of an update on the horizon, the game feels very incomplete. But the visual clarity of what’s happening during a battle is really really bad. A lot of ranged units attacks seem to not have visual effects and I can’t really tell what is going on. Additionally I had a unit that was a really big investment and when I upgraded it was supposed to summon two tornadoes instead of one and it only summoned one. I am completely free to play and still really enjoy it. I don’t see a pay to win aspect, although you can get small boosts faster by paying. You don’t need them to enjoy the game. I wish the tutorial were a bit more extensive. It doesn’t teach a bunch of things that are nice to know, and won’t be obvious unless you have play other auto chess style games.
