No redundancy, really? ### 2/5 — Poorly supported and dated *2026-05-21, version 5.0.0* The game itself is fine but it’s not well supported; the servers like badly during large events and at random times. At this point it would be very, very tough to catch up to long term players and accomplish much of anything. The game is less pay to win than it used to be, but on a new server an alliance with a few big spenders can dominate until the server population drops so low it’s merged. Most hardcore alliances can’t compete with the couple of top alliances simply due to the fact that the top alliances had longer to build up (oldest servers). No real reason to get this game unless you have a spot in a large alliance ready for you. ### 3/5 — App not working after the update *2026-03-26, version 4.9.5* The game not running anymore after the recent update any idea how to fix this please? ### 1/5 — This is not a game and it’s completely broken *2026-03-10, version 4.9.3* This is not a game it is a pyramid scheme. Whoever spends the most money wins. You start so far behind the older servers you simply cannot compete. And as soon as you hit first merge your basically constantly shielded for years while you attempt to catch up. The game developers allow those that spend money to cheat and use bots while they ban any f2p players who do the same. PvP becomes non existent later into the game, players that enjoy the PvP side of the game get sent to smaller alliances so they cannot grow. Avoid this “game” at all costs it’s just a giant scam. Also it’s worth pointing out that most players have about 5 alternate accounts each, meaning each server has probably about 100 players maximum. The rest are alt accounts and bots. The game is dying and a complete waste of time to play ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-03-08, version 4.9.3* Don’t bother unless you are a whale, running so many events it’s crashing their servers, no rss tiles no foes just skellies which the whales and their bots are taking before you even see them spawn. Currently 1400 day login streak… so it’s not like I don’t login daily. Hopefully this may fix the issue but unlikely. ### 1/5 — Out of touch *2026-01-20, version 4.9.3* I’ve been playing this game for almost a year on my Mac without issue and the latest update made the app for iPad. Now on my Mac the display sucks, the UI sucks, and you can’t even use some of the features like FB friends because it’s broken. For the amount of money people spend in this game you’d think maintaining the desktop version wouldn’t be so hard. ### 3/5 — Not new player friendly *2026-01-20, version 4.9.3* I started playing again after maybe a year or two and the game is not friendly for low level players. Out of the last three world events I haven’t been able to participate in two at all because it’s level restricted and the third I only got to clay rank because the points are per kill not per attack and because I’m not above level 21 it takes three max stamina marches to kill. I understand this game is pay to win but the way it’s set up is you’re going to lose a good chunk new and returning players in favor of those who just swipe their CC like this game is a EA loot box ### 3/5 — Exceptional playing *2026-01-18, version 4.9.2* I found the game well thought out and executed. I enjoyed the game very much, it was the people running the Alliances that finally made me feel that it was time to leave the game. After achieving level 20, it was deemed not good enough by the leaders of the two Alliances merging. ***YOU must not have read the whole review. I loved the game, BUT left when the two top Alliances merged and created alternate alliances to push the the unwanted members to. Three different servers and always the same result. Three strikes and you’re out. ### 3/5 — Lord of the Flies *2026-01-14, version 4.9.2* Game would be so much better if it wasn’t a constant parade of top tier players and alliances destroying servers. Constant PVP leads to weaker players not progressing and quitting. Servers merge and fill up just to be barren full of dead keeps and 3-4 decent alliances left until the next merger. Es wird nichts gegen Bot User gemacht und das ist in einem Pay to Win ein absolutes No Go für mich. Natürlich tritt man einer Spielergemeinschaft auch ins Gesicht wenn die T5 Truppen die man lange aufgebaut hatte und auch Echtgeld investiert hatte. Should have known any free game on the iPad is likely not be worth playing. ### 1/5 — Developers Do Nothing To Maintain Playerbase. *2026-05-24, version 5.0.0* Developers make updates with little to no q&a, playtesting, or foresight to changes they make and how they affect the core playerbase. The latest example is the new game mechanic of Territories. Half Baked, Bug filled, disrupted 7 years of game routines and playing for just another way to encourage you to spend. Anything new is just adding more powercreep than there already is, and is designed to be actively hostile to F2P players. There is no unit balance, no protections or power bracketing at all for new players. The devs arbitrarily make gear and stat choices for units that are either terrible, make no sense, or are so overtuned that they automatically become the meta. Stay away unless you want to pay to have any chance at all participating in the cross server events. ### 1/5 — Update 2026 *2026-05-24, version 5.0.0* New update ruined the game, poorly implemented and nobody wanted it. ### 1/5 — Terrible Territory Update 5.0 *2026-05-24, version 5.0.0* This territory update completely ruined the game experience. Almost nobody in the community wanted this, yet it was forced on everyone anyway. Territory has made gameplay more frustrating, less fun, and way more restrictive than before. Spawns are worse, farming feels limited, and the entire game now feels controlled instead of enjoyable. The old system gave players freedom. This update took that away. A huge part of the player base is unhappy and it’s obvious in alliance chats, world chat, and community discussions everywhere. Instead of improving the game, this update created more stress, imbalance, and frustration. Please listen to the community and REMOVE territory before more players quit. Then to ignore the literally thousands of community complaints and basically say “it is what is is” shows the disregard they hold their customers in ### 1/5 — Devs are screwed up *2026-04-24, version 4.9.8* A long-running event core to player growth was changed half way through running, causing half of the player base to lose out on massive amounts of the rewards, with 0 warning and with 0 recompense. This is a fun game, and if you play with strategy in mind, you can contest with the best of them. It’s hard to choose a faction besides Slaanesh at the beginning solely because the Brigandine of Spite chestplate gives that faction the edge.
