Warm Faces brings a moment of kindness into your day. Rooted in the power of a warm, compassionate gaze, this app allows you to:
Receive: Each day, view a short video of a kind, uplifting gaze – what we call a “warm face.”
Give: Share your own warmth by recording a 10-second video of your kind gaze to send to someone else.
Reflect: Use our simple emoji rating scale to note how you feel before and after, and observe any changes.
Warm Faces is inspired by the practice of “metta,” or loving-kindness, creating a space for compassionate human connection in just a few seconds a day.
