Basically gives you a picture and a timer. That’s it. No description of the warm up, breathing, nothing.. just a pic and a timer. You could do the same searching for warm ups on the internet and open the stop watch on your phone.

Honestly implement a mute button. Nothing worse than the loud whistle blasting through my headphones and that even worse “Go go” that follows. Good app otherwise, does its job.

Pretty good app to have a standard cool down (which I like).  But it’s not always clear when you should switch sides.  If that was fixed, I’d considering purchasing for a reasonable price.

Really good app, exactly what I was looking for. And it lets you play your own music during the warm up/cool downs :)
