Terrible app *2025-01-24* This might be the most rudimentary app I’ve seen in a very long time. I’ve got to sign in every time I open it. You can’t set any sort of schedule but have to start the heat every night. These should be simple things to solve these days! ### 1/5 — Worst app and CX *2024-12-13* App is trash. Needs Face ID or password to login which is great when you’ve turned the lights off. Currently getting error “too many requests” to try to login. Setup is a PITA. No instructions to reset or troubleshoot on the web or app. You need to keep the box and instructions which no one did, reading the other comments. ### 2/5 — When it works…. *2024-03-10* We have the mattress pad and LOVE it. I love being able to warm up the bed before retiring. BUT!!! If the app loses connection to the WiFi??? 45+ minutes of back and forth and trying to connect until it works again. Can’t say enough about the product - the mattress pad -is amazing. But the APP is worse than awful!! Come on Warmee… fix it! ### 1/5 — Okay… *2024-01-14* Blanket is soft and feels great. Not connected to WiFi, it gets luke warm. APP is horrible, blanket rarely connects to WiFi and when it does, disconnects and shuts off quickly. Would love the product if it worked. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Quality is something you’d buy off Temu and expect to get ripped off, except only spend a few dollars on it, not $300. ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work *2024-01-13* This is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. The most frustrating part is that it took 20 minutes to connect for the first time and then the next day the connected product disappeared from my app after I had been logged out. If you are able to connect the blanket, the only thing you can do is change the heat setting and set a timer. But even that is glitchy. I had to accept a pop up on an infinite loop until I exited the app and came back. So basically this app is completely unusable which means a warmee is just a very expensive electric blanket and possibly a scam. ### 1/5 — Product is a Scam *2024-01-02* App won’t connect to blanket. No response from customer service. Did not honor return policy. ### 1/5 — Worst Alexa App Ever *2023-12-15* I’ve seen some bad Alexa app interfaces, but this has to be the worst one I’ve struggled with. First, the item to be managed is not discoverable. This means it cannot be controlled directly, and that means that it is impossible to use the item in a routine. Secondly, each command must be spoken, and only at the time of invocation. So something as simple as “at 10 pm turn the on at level 10 for two hours and then turn it down to level 2 for six hours” is completely unable to be accomplished. Third, Alexa doesn’t track the command sequence well, and doesn’t like “soft” (vowelly) nonsense words like “warmee” anyway. A recently awakened groggy sleeper just struggles to get out a complex command sequence in the middle of the night, and Alexa doesn’t help with its precision requirements. And of course all this gobbledegook and struggle disturbs anybody trying to sleep on the other side of the bed. All in all, the app negates any value the blanket or item item itself might have. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2023-06-24* Basically you are paying $300 for $30 product ### 1/5 — This is just a piece of crap *2023-06-07* A non working heated blanket that worth no more than $20 selling it for $300 ### 2/5 — Sadly app won’t connect anymore!!! *2023-06-02* One of the softest heating blankets I’ve ever had and you can’t feel the cords which is awesome! Purchased for Christmas worked great for a couple months then died. Contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful with tips and eventually sent me a whole new blanket which I greatly appreciated! Got it, hooked it up and worked great - for 1 week… now I can’t get the blanket to connect to the app.🤬 I don’t understand why they can’t just use Bluetooth instead of the 2.4!!! ALSO, I wish there was a MANUAL way of turning it on as well as the mobile way. That would probably help your reviews quite a bit because customers could at least still use the blanket if the app isn’t working and not feel like they wasted 200$!!
