The interface of this app is not customer/user friendly and has been designed by IT/ Software designers without end user input. It needs a complete make over so that it is intuitive for end users. My advice is to design the app from the end user / customer back not from IT out!

Как только загрузила приложение все работала, все устройства смогла обнаружить, как только поменяла роутер, все сбой, не может найти ни один. Я не могу включить и выключить термостат.

Tried for 3 hours to link the app to the Fastwarm wifi thermostat. Sometimes it said weak signal and sometimes wrong password. 
Signal was fine and working with other apps in the same location. Password was correct too. Utterly useless garbage !!

Completely pointless app. Back button does not work, no way of exiting settings once entered. No excuse not to be able to keep up to date with iOS. If you can’t do it, don’t offer the app.

The user interface is poor. If you go into settings, there’s no way to return to the app. You’ve no idea if the changes in the setting have taken effect. You can use the manual mode to set the floor temperature.. that’s about it. All other functions are useless.
