Would be good if it worked as there are many bugs. ### 2/5 — Poor app *2024-04-27, version 1.2.3* The user interface is poor. If you go into settings, there’s no way to return to the app. You’ve no idea if the changes in the setting have taken effect. You can use the manual mode to set the floor temperature.. that’s about it. Unless and now I have to crawl around on the floor to change my thermostat! ### 1/5 — Multiple IOS Issues *2022-12-27, version 1.2.1* As other users have said, since updating to the latest version of iOS, I’m running a new iPhone 14 pro, the app which used to work flawlessly has multiple problems. Various back buttons no longer function on certain menus, it is difficult if not impossible to add new devices, I can no longer enter the edit screen for each of my individual thermostat, for example to change their name or to check their address settings, I could go on. The actual hardware itself is very good and I have invested thousands in the system so can only hope that the app catches up and the numerous bugs are resolved quickly. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect *2022-12-27, version 1.2.1* Doesn’t find my underfloor heating controller even after trying everything ### 1/5 — Not working on latest version of IOS *2022-12-27, version 1.2.1* Apparently there is no support to turn on Bluetooth permissions while running the latest app with the latest version of IOS. Without it you can’t add new devices like thermostats. You have to force quit to get back to homepage. Active area for selecting rooms and back button are hit and miss. Going to the app in settings, there is no enable Bluetooth option either. Three of the four devices I have are near floor level so control by mobile device is important. It needs a complete make over so that it is intuitive for end users. My advice is to design the app from the end user / customer back not from IT out! ### 1/5 — Не находит термостат *2025-07-15, version 1.2.5* Как только загрузила приложение все работала, все устройства смогла обнаружить, как только поменяла роутер, все сбой, не может найти ни один. Sometimes it said weak signal and sometimes wrong password. Signal was fine and working with other apps in the same location. Password was correct too. Eigentlich unbrauchbar! ### 1/5 — Frustratingly bad system *2023-11-16, version 1.2.3* This is a really poor system overall and would recommend avoiding this product. What I would love to see as an over the air update is 1) allow the programme to ‘Sleep’ before 8pm - I want to switch my kitchen floor off at 7pm, why should I be forced to leave it by some arbitrary coding? 2) When programming timer you should be able to do this through the App and have a function to copy and paste the last day. It is incredibly fiddly to reprogramme the schedule on the device and for say school holidays when you might not be up so early. 3) it is incredibly basic that you can only programme it to come on twice a day. Please please try and address some of these points. Point 1 is just surely 1 line of code.
