Guess it might work anyway but seems dumb. ### 4/5 — Winch control *2026-01-28, version 3.7.0* It works almost perfectly. The only issue I ever had was when I hadn’t used it in months. The app wanted me to log in first. Being in a low coverage area out in woods; I couldn’t log in, so therefore, I couldn’t use the app to control my winch, at a time I really needed to use the app instead of the toggle switch on handlebars. ### 2/5 — Overly intrusive software and privacy intrusion. *2025-03-09, version 3.3.1* I would love to use this controller however your legal rights agreement is way beyond making the winch go in and out, feels more like spyware. Fix it and I would love to reconsider use. ### 5/5 — Model updates please *2024-05-30, version 2.3.2* SXS 2024 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Trail Thank you. ### 1/5 — Wireless Hub stopped working after update. *2024-01-28, version 2.3.2* Quit working after update. Winch works with cable switch connected. Does not work with wireless hub even though it’s connected with green light. Worked perfectly before the update. Deleted vehicle, winch and iPhone app. Reinstalled everything, still does not work 🙁 ### 2/5 — Works fine, until the next update. *2023-08-21, version 2.1.1* Unit wasn’t too bad to install. I had to put mine in a fairly inaccessible spot. Every time I go to use the app, yet another update has happened. Each time I have to take part of my machine to access the module to re-connect it to the app. Such a pain, just get the app right, and leave it alone! Or at least make it remember the module from last version. Boo, Warn! *2023-04-02, version 2.0.2* Ive used the app and wireless controller for over a year and it was great. Now they ran a bunch of bad “upgrades” that caused me to be logged out. Went to use my winch in the bush, and of course bo app ‘cause no internet. Upgrades on “stability”? NO! Just complications, videos and marketing ploys. Boo! Keep app simple!!!! ### 2/5 — App doesn't offer portrait orientation or scrolling *2022-05-04, version 1.1.5* The app can't be rotated or scrolled, so I can't use it on my Android 8.1 based smart rear view mirror with a short/wide screen.....I understand you wouldn't want it to switch or move while winching with a handheld smartphone, but it would be nice if the user could select the default orientation for a tablet or mirror like mine.
